What was supposed to be a simple in / out procedure turned out being a nightmare for my family with the loss of a loved one. This loved one went through so much pain / suffering following the lack of immediate emergency attention they needed. Bill was recommended through a network of professionals. Within a couple of days of this tragedy, Bill listened to our case and provided us direction of what his office needed to pursue action. His assistant, Pam, was very kind and professional. She was very prompt with the administrative side of getting things filed, recorded, or mailed out accordingly. Once all the information was obtained and submitted to Bill and Pam, this situation was resolved within months. I thank them both for their professionalism, constant communication, and their drive in getting this situation resolved quickly.
